A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Situated on a quiet private road, bordered by woodland, and brilliantly placed for Petworth, Midhurst, Goodwood, walking on the South Downs, and the delights of Chichester and the South Coast. Compact and cosy, Hazelnut Corner offers one double bedroom, one single room, modern shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Outside is a small private patio area

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. Situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

An A-frame cabin set on a private and secluded 7 acres, and nestled in the foothills of the South Downs National Park. Architecturally designed, the cosy cabin features two bedrooms including a mezzanine with views of the rolling Sussex countryside. Perfect for couples looking for a unique experience, friends wanting to reconnect, or small families seeking quality time amid nature. World-class vineyards are close by, or if you fancy the buzz of a city, Brighton is a 30-minute drive.

The Zeppelin with outdoor bath (April-November)

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is located near our original rental, Airship 001, but is designed differently inside to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.

The Gardeners is the former workshop of the gardener of Hambrook Hall & has been renovated to a high standard for guests. Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful & stylish space. In a beautiful hamlet between Emsworth and Chichester, The Gardeners is a short drive away from Bosham Harbour, Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs. You won’t struggle to find something to do, but if all you want to do is sit back & relax - it is perfect for that too.
