With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. The garden annex is in a quiet hamlet near Peasedown St John, Bath, a quiet retreat away from the city. Miles of countryside and woodland walks but close to amenities and bus routes, it’s a very special spot. Perfect for visiting Bath Christmas market, only a short drive to Odd Down Park and Ride or direct buses to the centre of Bath and Wells (uphill walk to bus 7 mins). Longleat Safari Park is only 30 mins so great for families. Bath Spa and Bath University 20 minutes away.

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.
