Located in a quiet neighborhood with ample, free on-street parking, it is near downtown attractions and Chain of Lakes. Recharge with a solo trip or reconnect with fellow travelers with the fireplace, book, and vinyl record. Get work done in the office, sweat with a private peloton bike and enjoy the hot tub and sauna.

Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comfortable than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

Walk to the Mississippi river and its parks, the University of Minnesota, and delicious eateries. Also near light rail, take a ride to the Mall of America, the airport, Surly Brewing as well as the football, baseball, and hockey stadiums. With over 30 years in Minnesoo-tah, I can provide recommendations for great places to eat, drink, and fun activities.
