The Old Dairy is a self contained Victorian building in the garden of our listed farmhouse Located at the end of a private drive in a hamlet in the Surrey hills we overlook fields and have private access to the network of public countryside footpaths We are in a quiet rural location but several great pubs are within 5 minutes drive or 30-40 minutes walk along public footpaths and bridleways We are less than 20 mins from Gatwick and from stations with 1/2 hour trains to London Late check in is ok

Located on a quiet lane surrounded by fields with miles of footpaths and bridleways. The Barn is recently converted and heated. It has a king-size bed & Smart TV, bathroom with underfloor heating & walk-in shower, kitchen inc cooking facilities, table & sofa. Complimentary breakfast of cereal and juice, coffee and tea. Towels included. Walking distance of local pub/restaurant.

Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.
