What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Reel Life White River Cabin is an elevated log home with the entire underneath having a screened in porch. It sits on the bank of the river with stairs leading down for easy access. It is located just 5 miles from town and many area attractions. The Cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen Tempur-Pedic , the loft has 2 twin beds and sleeper sofa in the living area. Windows in the main bedroom provide great river views. Whatever your idea of the "reel life" is, we are sure you will find it here.

Mountain View Music Loft

Like Music? You will love this house. This is the old Mountain View Music Store and sits right on the corner of the square where all the music happens. The house is on the National Historic register and was built in 1910. The rental is the entire upstairs of the house. There is a private entrance off the front porch which leads to a completely updated living quarters. Sit on the balcony that over looks the square and enjoy becoming fully immersed in the old world charm of Mtn View.
