The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Church Farm Cottage, Legbourne, Louth

Escape to the country, listen to the birdsong, take in the star studded night sky at our much loved holiday home. A farmhouse with a delightful cottage garden at the end of a quiet lane. At the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Legbourne offers ancient woodlands, two pubs, a village shop, a children’s play area and many countryside walks. Explore the rolling hills of the Wolds, the stunning sandy beaches ,the local market town of Louth, or Cadwell Park which is within 6 miles .

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Mollie’s Cottage

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)
