Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

Bright 2 room apartment with big windows above the roofs in the middle of Berlins place to be Neukölln. Bedroom+living room with lounge chair+dining table and a mini kitchen (no proper cooking!) with fridge in the corridor. Perfect for 2 person. 3rd/4th person sleep on extra mattresses on the floor, we recommend it only for families because it gets packed. Also we want to avoid noise by groups. No parties, big gatherings or shoes inside
