This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Newly refurbished to a very high standard with fully fitted kitchen area and shower room. There is plenty of storage for luggage and the room is spacious enough to relax in after a day out visiting the beach and local area. We provide unlimited tea, coffee and a delicious selection of breakfast goodies for you to enjoy in privacy and at your leisure. Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

This 2 bed cabin has a 55 inch TV (Netflix, Prime etc.) and a 42 inch Internet TV in the bedroom. It is perfect to relax in. Pubs/restaurants and Sainsbury's all within walking distance. The garden separates the cabin from the main house and is for guests to use and has furniture to relax in . There is a 6-person hot tub and a BBQ kitchen. There is a playhouse for children to enjoy. If you have an electric car, we have a charging point guests can use for the price of the electricity.

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere
