Marshall House Bed and Breakfast - Scott Room

Experience the history of Niagara Falls at this one of a kind traditional bed and breakfast. Just 2 blocks from Niagara Falls State Park, the James G Marshall House is on the National Register of Historic Buildings and has been operating as a Bed and Breakfast since 1994. The Scott room includes a queen size bed, private bathroom, TV, Wifi and two course breakfast is served each morning. The first floor of the home is a museum with artifacts such as the 1898 wedding dress of the original owner.

The Great Egret Suite, is spacious and bright! It has a Queen Bed and a day bed, that can be made up into a King if needed. This room can easily accommodate a family of 2 adults and up to 2 chidren (or 3 adults). The room has a small, private bathroom. Our Inn has private rooms/baths and shared spaces inside and out for your enjoyment. We ask that you be thoughtful of other guests. Take only what you need, clean things after you use them, and be respectful of the space.

Our home was built in 1928 with an addition added in 2001. We have a shady backyard which is perfect for relaxing and yet within walking distance to Artpark, all the festivals and restaurants on Center Street. We are a five minute drive from Niagara University and the Castellani Art Museum and 15 minutes from Niagara Falls.
