La depandance è situata nel centro storico di Mascalucia, vicino a numerosi ristoranti e a pochi chilometri sia dal parco dell'Etna, distante 20 appena minuti, che dal centro di Catania e da Taormina. Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.
