It is in the middle of our farm, with woods, valleys & a river, and stunning views of the South Downs. Its pool (closed from 10 Nov to 14 April) is 12ft deep and has 3m and 1m springboards . In winter there remain log fires, a tennis court, a brilliant sandpit, and access to lots of country walks. Great for short stays but also as a base for a few months for house-hunting newcomers. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc
