DE VELDENHOF is a luxurious semi-detached house for 2 to 4 people with AIRCO in the middle of the Markdal nature reserve south of Breda. The house is located in a green oasis with a view of and access to its own nature reserve of 2 hectares. Here you can walk freely/dog run Just 30 minutes from Antwerp & Rotterdam, +/- 60 minutes from Amsterdam & Eindhoven. Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Het gastenverblijf ligt in het groene recreatiegebied van Hoeven. Je vindt op 2 km het historische Oudenbosch en in 20 minuten sta je in het centrum van Bourgondisch Breda. Ook Antwerpen en Rotterdam bereik je binnen 45 minuten. De studio biedt naast een kingsize bed en een lekker zitje een mooie groene achtertuin waar je privé kunt vertoeven.

Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Lezen in de hangmat, een pot jeu de boules spelen, vuurtje stoken, koken uit de moestuin, ....... Wil je er wandelend of fietsend tussenuit ? Als je aangeeft waar je interesses liggen, vinden wij het leuk om tips te geven.

Deze charmante accommodatie ligt op een prachtig plek aan het water met zicht op de historische wallen. Geniet van je terras aan het water en de prachtige uitzichten over de polder. Ons huisje ligt vlakbij het historische stadje Willemstad en ca. 20 minuten rijden van het altijd gezellige Breda. De keuken is voorzien van koel/vrieskast, airfryer, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker (geen fornuis). Ons huisje is niet geschikt voor minder validen en baby’s/kinderen.

B zonder B, Midden in het vestingstadje Tholen

"B zonder B" ligt in het centrum van het vestingstadje Tholen. Het heeft een eigen voordeur. De eigenaar woont boven het appartement. Het appartement is verdeeld in een woonruimte (met keuken en slaapbank) en een slaapkamer. Het appartement is op de begane grond en heeft toegang tot de tuin. De tuin wordt gedeeld met de eigenaar. Op de markt en in de bosstraat is er parkeerruimte. Het appartement is te huur voor minimaal 2 nachten en maximaal een maand.
