Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Located in the historic town of Hedon, this beautiful grade 2 listed cottage has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated. The cottage is centrally located in Hedon and is walking to distance to local pubs, resteraunts, cafes, shops and other local amenities The property boasts a fitted wood burner for those cozy nights in, central heating, fitted kitchen with integrated washer, fridge, hob and oven, new bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. We now have free WiFi and Smart TV for all to enjoy.

This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.
