Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Welcome to our charming log cabin Horseshoe Ridge! It was lovingly created using unique elements - Timbers and lumber from a turn-of-the -century dairy barn, and lumber milled from trees where the cabin now stands! Dramatic wall of windows facing into the forest valley below, and soaring ceilings of Colorado blue spruce. Horseshoe Ridge is situated on 10 wooded acres, and owner lives on property. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, both of which feature luxurious towel warmers.

A unique place located minutes from the "Narrows of the Harpeth" State Park. Canoeing, kayaking, hiking. and zip lining all just less than one mile away. If you need more space, check out the "Nest". Just steps away from the "River Roost", a separate private entrance offers a comfy couples space. See our separate listing. Deep Roots Retreat is a historic farmhouse in Kingston Springs with a porch swing, a firepit, and a good cup of coffee waiting for you. It’s a place to slow down for a couple of days, bring your people, and breathe a little deeper. Originally a 1900 schoolhouse, the house has been lovingly restored with pieces of our family history woven in, while still giving you the comfort you expect when you travel.
