LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

Guest annex in Wildhern

A first floor annexe with separate and secure access through the backdoor of the main house via a separate internal staircase. The annex was built in 2019 and in excellent condition. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with kingsize bed, spacious living area with integrated kitchen and separate bathroom with bath and shower. The annex overlooks the garden and private drive in a beautiful and peaceful hamlet in the Hampshire countryside conveniently located a ten minute drive from Andover.

Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Charming Coach House with Hot Tub

Gorgeous Hampshire coach house with hot tub and gym. Only 15 minutes from the A303 and Andover train station, in a quiet village with an excellent pub five minutes walk. Visit Stockbridge, Malborough, Highclere Castle,Stonehenge to name a few! The house is very spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate downstairs loo. In the winter it is super cosy with a log burner or enjoy a bbq in the summer months. Fresh eggs from our chickens will greet you upon arrival!

Warren Lodge is charming one double bed annexe, newly decorated throughout, it is disability friendly, all on one level with low thresholds and wide doorways. Situated in the picturesque village of Amport, a short drive from Stonehenge, Bombay Sapphire Distillery and the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester. There are several National Trust properties nearby, main road links to the A303, M3, A34, M4. London Waterloo can be reached in 1 hour 10 directly from Andover Station.

The Hangar - countryside views, seclusion & peace.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

This stunning country cottage is located in the heart of the Test Valley with its own patio and garden looking out to the fields behind. It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance. The cottage has luxury fittings, a wood burner and provides a haven for couples whatever age to getaway in an idyllic part of rural England. We are happy to host one well behaved pet.

A tranquil, secluded two bedroom apartment with its own access and parking that can accommodate up to seven people. You are situated in the grounds of a large country house with a tennis court. Our home is situated on the edge of a quintessentially English village within easy walking distance of a cosy pub, village green and a 13th century church. You will feel immersed in English Heritage from the moment you arrive...just fabulous!
