The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

The Hideaway Sussex - Cottage

The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 10 minutes, & Brighton is 30 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

The Groom’s Cottage

Arranged in the traditional U-shape, the cottage forms part of a converted stable block within the grounds of a former equestrian estate near the historical town of Lewes. The cottage benefits from its own, South-facing patio which looks out onto a communal courtyard. The property has its own private entrance and two car parking spaces. Cabin in rural East Sussex

Tom’s Lodge, named after my late father who was a carpenter, is a wooden cabin situated on a small working farm in the heart of East Sussex in the picturesque village of Piltdown. It is located off a country lane so is very peaceful & surrounded by countryside for many different walks & the renowned Piltdown Golf Club is only a stone's throw away. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Ringles Place is a 2 double bedroom 1st floor apartment, in a Sussex style barn conversion. There is one double room, and you can choose a kingsize bed or twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Located on the northern fringes of Uckfield, it offers a fully fitted bathroom, a lounge with has a large corner sofa, a dining table and a large television. The kitchen is well equipped, the property enjoys a sleek modern feel, and has a designated off-road parking space. It's near Buxted Park Hotel and Uckfield.

Recently renovated Oast House

Set in a quiet hamlet with its own garden, with parking for 3 cars and is perfectly placed for Glyndebourne, many National Trust properties and gardens (Sheffield Park, Nymans, Wakehurst Place, Borde Hill, Batemans, Knole Park). The Bluebell Railway, the vineyards of Ridgeview, Rathfinny and Bolney are all nearby, as is Brighton and the coast. Piltdown Golf Course is a mile up the road, several good pubs and many good walks on Ashdown Forest, the South Downs Way and the Seven Sisters.

Beautiful Converted 19th Century Barn

Paynters Granary is a detached converted mid 19th century barn situated a short 5 minute walk to the local village amenities. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a large TV and doors out onto a South facing patio area. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with original beams and a bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and the property has ample parking and free WiFi. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, and have their own outdoor area to relax in.

There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park

A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. Cosy in winter and cool in the summer months, it is a great place to unwind and get away from it all, whilst also being on the doorstep of many local walks, pubs and attractions.

The Bull Pen

Set in a peaceful farm location, The Bull Pen is on the edge of the wood, overlooking the pond. It is recently converted, upcycling wherever possible. The farm includes award-winning ancient woodland run as a nature reserve - great for a quiet weekend away, or a longer rural retreat. Highlights include butterflies, bluebells and nightingales in season. The village of Barcombe is within walking distance and Lewes and the South Downs are a short drive away.

Beautiful Countryside Cottage

Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.
