We have everything you need all at a great rate. Room comes with a fully equipped kitchen-refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster. Large smart TV and Wi-Fi access. Disney + (with Hulu in the app), Fandango, Paramount+, HBO, Peacock, ESPN and Vudu accounts set up on tv. Comfort is key with super soft king sized pillow top bed and highest quality sheets & duvet. Queen size bed and wardrobe. Kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave & toaster oven. Full bathroom. WiFi and 23" TV screen for streaming. Off-street parking.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Relax and unwind in our beautiful guest house on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Enjoy lake views from the balcony and lake access is just a block away. Take a small walk or a short drive to the gated community park where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, grilling, sunsets or launch a boat! Private, adults only cabin for two on our gorgeous 72 acre farm in the woods. Our cabin has a full size kitchen and a king size bed. Take a hike through the woods or spend a quiet moment by Clear Creek or just relax on the covered porch and enjoy the wildlife. While the farm is tucked away in the woods, it is centrally located to all the amenities…restaurants, shopping and entertainment with historic downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Casino & Resort being a short scenic drive from the farm.

We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.
