Boolarong - Iconic Architect Designed Beach House

Boolarong is a contemporary award wining 3 level beach house with expansive views of the Coral Sea to Moreton Island. Designed by architect Shane Thompson, Boolarong showcases Queensland modern casual beach living. The top level features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining opening to the verandah. Location, location, location high on the lighthouse hill! My Haven is an original beach cottage (circa 1947) that features spectacular dual views, over the headland and along Main Beach. It seems like we’re away from it all up here, yet it’s just a 5-minute walk to Main Beach, the Gorge Walk, Life Savers’ club and the shop precinct. There are no modern furnishings in MyHaven; it's all collected, pre-loved and eclectic to give you that yesteryear charm and an authentic island vibe experience.

May's

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. May's is one of two fully self-contained apartments within this building. Each apartment has it's own entrance and you can enjoy your exclusive outside stone bath, relax in front of the indoor fireplace, cuddle up on the king-sized bed or veg out in the hammock. This beautiful bushland property has high-tide access to Moreton Bay, is 10 minutes drive from Straddie's beaches and 15 minutes from Brown Lake. You'll feel like you're in another world.

Point Lookout townhouse with magnificent views

The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. The complex has an infinity-edged pool for all to use.

In one of the few beachfront resorts on Straddie, you can hear the roar of the ocean, and taste the salt, as you watch the waves crash on the beach through tree-filtered views from the swanky "nautical steampunk" lounge. Perfect Little Beach House, centrally located!!

If you are looking for a great little beach house, centrally located at Point Lookout, then our house is perfect for you. At the end of our street, there is Bobs convenience store. Point Lookout beaches are all centrally located to our house and after a swim in our crystal clear waters, you can rinse off in our outdoor shower, before relaxing on our large rear deck. Close by, enjoy the stunning views at the iconic Straddie pub or walk the Gorge and maybe see some marine and wildlife.

Straddie Treehouse

Straddie Treehouse, set over two levels and surrounded by greenery, is located in the heart of Point Lookout - colourful, casual and close to almost everything the Point has to offer. It comprises of a full kitchen, 3 large airy bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with separate toilet), a generous living space. There are decks on both levels and a loft accessed by a ladder which is not to be accessed. Dogs and children are welcome. Cleaning Fee includes linen hire, just pack your beach towel.

Complete Straddie Beach Retreat

Welcome to our loft villa, 2 minutes walk to home beach with privacy and a native bush outlook. One of the only lofts in the resort with internet access (unlimited and fast). The space has everything you need for a fully relaxing and rejuvenating holiday - a cut above the rest. The stylish pool is seconds away as is a small gym. This is a great place for couples and families (with young kids). There is a roll away single bed in the cupboard, a portacot and Ikea high chair.

Main Beach Hideaway 2 min 2 sand

Main Beach is just a short 2 minute stroll from the Hideaway. This 17 km long, white sandy beach is patrolled and great for surfing, fishing, swimming or a beach walk. This is a very recently renovated and self contained studio unit. We live upstairs in the main house, but your area is very private. Your entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom, deck and all amenities are for your use only during your stay. All linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided.
