Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. Ideally situated in the grounds of the main house it provides a great balance between privacy and the use of the gardens. It has one double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a lounge, kitchen with small breakfast area and a bathrrom fitted with a walkin shower. Local towns are Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury with great access to the full Cotswold offering.

We call our cosy shepherd's hut, 'Bob', after the gentleman who lovingly made it over the past 20 years, with unique details such as two windows from a church! It is spacious with a king size bed & a porch to relax on. It is located in a private paddock, adjacent to farmland, where you can walk out into fields & walk along the infant River Thames. You can relax by soaking in our wood fired Japanese Hot tub, with clean fresh water for every guest (It takes about 2 hrs to heat up)

NEWS - the 16th-century Wild Duck Inn in Ewen reopens its doors in March 2026 after an extensive restoration programme. Unwind in this beautiful Cotswold stone lodge located at the end of a long farm track in the grounds of Ewen Barn, Ewen. Peaceful yet just three miles from the bustling market town of Cirencester, this is the perfect retreat. The architect-designed property won the 2022 Cotswold Design Awards House of the Year. Our property was lovingly completed in 2021.

Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Stable is a spacious, single storey cottage and is perfect for families, sleeping a maximum of 4 people. Stable boasts large south facing windows and French doors leading out onto a patio. It is furnished in a traditional barn conversion style, with a large living space, exposed original beams and rounded stone pillars offering an attractive yet rustic feel. There is a smart TV and fibre optic WiFi. There is also a 22kW EV charger for guests with electric vehicles.
