The property has also an 18th century manor, with a beautiful chapel, a swimming pool and lush vegetation, you can visit Porto and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful tranquillity of Douro River country side. With more than a hundred species of camellias (more than 200 years old), and old chestnut trees, along other species, is truly a unique place. The historical centre of Porto was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and Porto has been elected “European Best Destination 2017” (the third time that the city receives this distinction). It's home to an excellent biological park and a zoo, while the center of Gaia and Porto are around 10-15 minutes away. There is public transport 1km from the Quinta entrance. However, it is recommended to use your own car. You can park inside the property.
