Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. The Graça District is one of Lisbon's oldest, most charismatic, trendy, and beautiful neighborhoods at the top of the highest hill with amazing views of the city. An open-air cafe, open late into the night in summer, is a favorite with young locals. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. Security Deposit: 200 Euros security deposit will be held by Airbnb and charged only if reservation damages are found at the apartment. Do Not make noise or parties. Please respect the neighbors. This apartment has car access. Parking in the streets surrounding the apartment is payed and some conditioned and reserved for residents. No Pets allowed. No Smoking inside the apartment. Revamped Penthouse with Panoramic View Terrace

Gaze out across the city from this tastefully designed home. The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to use the cable TV, 100 Mbps Internet with wireless access and especially, the rooftop terrace. We hope that you fall in love with our beloved city and we're happy to answer any questions you may have in advance of your stay to help you plan your trip. A host will be present to greet you and give you a tour of the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Arroios and just off the Arroios Market. The local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops of Rua Morais Soares are all very close by, while Largo do Intendente, is a 10 minute walk away. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.

We live a short walk away, and are available for emergencies 24/7. Situated in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz amid native flora and just a four-minute walk from the beach, the home's location can't be beat. Everything is steps away—supermarkets, restaurants, bars, doctors, banks, a post office, and more. We normally recommend hiring a car if staying in Luz for more than a few days. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful things to see within a short drive away. The bigger town of Lagos is about 5 minutes' drive. Otherwise, there is a local bus from Luz to Lagos and beyond. There is a taxi rank by the village church. The nearest train station is in Lagos. Please note that the exterior entrance is shared with the next door apartment, once inside the entrance hall there are two doors to two different apartments. Please note there is no outside dining area or terrace. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours. Please keep the noise to a minimum after 9:30pm and also when returning back after an evening out :)

Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.
