The Plague Doctor of Prague

After our success of the online version, seen by New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Vogue and Forbes we are finally back on the streets with our live tour to explore the Black Death and plague in Prague of the 18th Century. You will explore the city with your personal plague doctor, our forgotten hero A. Schamsky who fought the Plague in 1713. In the original dress of a plague doctor we will take you on a journey through the different centuries for only one purpose: Surviving! A historical walk with shocking details of the pneunomic and bubonic plague. What have we learned from this and when did it all end? An interactive tour to the hidden gems of the old town. We´ll stop by at the old St. Francis hospital and conclude the tour at the convent of St. Agnes. The tour is interactive, hence your questions are more than welcome. Telltale Ghost Tour

Next to the Astronomical clock, you will meet your guide in a stylish historical costume, who will lead you into Old Town’s darkening alleys. There, you will be shown locations of dreadful discoveries, medieval graveyards, ancient churches and hospitals, as well as other places of Prague associated with the undead, demons and strange apparitions. The stories about them shaped the city’s self-perception for centuries! Through the lightly theatrical storytelling, you will familiarize yourself with the authentic creepy lore of the locals, but also learn a lot about the city’s past, as your guide will put the tales into historical context that further expands your understanding of Prague and its horrorful side. The tour makes stops at a handful of famous Prague landmarks (see under “Where you’ll be”) but also leads through picturesque areas off the beaten path with hidden gems. Explore Old Town through a Treasure hunt

Imagine exploring Prague Old Town with a famous historic character, who leads you to hidden places, gives you riddles and puzzles, and tells curious stories. Our team member will meet you at a specific point in the Old Town, greet you, explain to you how the game works and accompany you through the first couple of tasks, taking some photos of you. You will get everything you need for the treasure hunt: a special smartphone and an adventure set :) Once we start you'll get the first riddle from the historical character through the smartphone to get to the first location. When we're at the location you will get the challenge to complete there, after which will learn a story / legend related to the place. You don't need any special knowledge to complete the game, all you need is basic orientation skills, attentiveness, logic and good teamwork! You'll visit 12 places to complete 18 tasks! Our host will meet you at the finish and award you with a special prize :) And of course, we'll be happy to give you some tips about other places to be visited in Prague. World War ll tour Heros of the totatalarian regimes

On this tour, we will visit 3 different sites and cover 3 tragic stories. We highlight the fallen heroes of the totalitarian regimes. We start with a Czechoslovak hero, a lawyer, and politician who strived for equality in social posture, women's rights, and anti-fascism. A woman who gave her life for her country and her beliefs. She was executed by the communist regime for treason by a kangaroo court based on the soviet purge. Our second story introduces you to the chief sculpture of the largest statue of Joseph Stalin in the world. Its construction, and destruction. It was commissioned by the communist party here in Prague in 1949. You will hear a tragic story of oppression, torture, and suicide. Right at the sight of the former statue. The third story takes you back to Prague in 1942. You will learn about the assassination of a high-ranking SS officer- No 3 in rank to Adolf Hitler. He was the orchestrator of the final solution( The holocaust). You will get to know about the brave airmen who were tasked with this deadly mission, to their final demise. We visit the catacombs where a showdown with 800 SS soldiers took place. The bullet holes are visible on the walls of the church. What makes this tour special, is that we leave the overcrowded city center and submerge you into residential neighborhoods. You get a chance to interact with the local community
