Located on the third and top floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment is particularly bright. Situated in the heart of Livorno, it is just a short walk from the charming “La Venezia” district, famous for its canals, bars, and restaurants, and one of the most lively and picturesque areas of the city. The port and the sea are about 1 km away; to the north are the beaches of Calambrone, and to the south, the Calafuria cliffs. Bus stops are nearby, and the train station is about 1 km away. Livorno is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany: Pisa, Lucca, and Florence are all reachable in under an hour. Important Information: The mezzanine ceiling is sloped, and in some areas, the height is lower than an adult's stature. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. There is no parking space available. In accordance with current regulations, guest registration with local authorities is mandatory; therefore, identity documents for all occupants will be required. A tourist tax is also due, ranging from €1.00 to €2.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, as required by the Municipality of Livorno. Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

The flat is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet and air conditioning. It is a small and cozy flat, decorated with mosaics. It is situated in an alley inside the walls of the wonderful medieval village of Lari, 30 meters from the castle.

The Loft apartment has been created from the renovation of the old warehouse of our 14 Century Tuscan manor, the architecture of the place is very striking and we have tried to maintain it's shape in tack by creating only 3 walls which are the confines of the bathroom, hence creating a large 140 meter square open space with amazing beams ceiling features (which are still the originals).
