The studio has 25 sq meters and is located on 4th floor (there is elevator so no worries!) with balcony facing the inside square which makes the apartment extremely quiet. The exposition of the windows is south so you’ll get plenty of sun throughout the day. Within walking distance you’ll have at hand various bakeries, restaurants, bars and whatever you desire!
