Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. "Paraparaumu Beach Cottage". 2 Bedroom both with ensuites. Full kitchen, lounge, double glazed, a cosy deck sheltered from the wind. The perfect base to explore the many delights that the Kapiti Coast has to offer. 2 minutes walk to the cafes, restaurants, shops at Paraparaumu Beach seaside village, Paraparaumu Beach Golf course, and Kapiti Island Ferry departure point. And only 30 seconds stroll across the sand dunes onto Paraparaumu Beach, no roads to cross.

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.
