Beneden bevindt zich een grote woonkamer met goed geoutilleerde keuken en badkamer. Het huis is geschikt voor een gezin of vriend(inn)engroep van 2-4 personen. De slaapkamers boven met 2 tweepersoonsbedden staan in open verbinding met elkaar. Buiten is een overdekt terrasje en een groot gazon. Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Op de Bosscheweg, pal tegenover Hotel v.d Valk ligt ons huis met rondom bomen en waterpartijen. In de tuin is het werk-atelier van de voormalige bewoner omgetoverd tot een heerlijk gastenverblijf. Architectuur volgens de Bosscheschool. Het verborgen huisje is op korte fietsafstand van Den Bosch en bijv taleninstituut Regina Coeli. De rust, ondanks het treinspoor dichtbij, de tuin, uitzicht op de plas, dit alles maakt dit tot een uniek plekje.
