Windows overlook the National Museum of Art and Esplanade Park, which can be seen diagonally across the rooftops. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of courtyard house (no elevator). The house/stairs are not renovated. Bathroom is quite narrow. There is no sink in the bathroom.
