'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Hill Farm Cottage is a delightful, thatched 17th century mud and stud cottage with a Victorian brick extension in a large garden located in Brinkhill south of Louth. It has a tastefully decorated interior furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The cottage is equipped with high-speed fibre broadband and a Wii for children. There is a shepherds hut in the garden which is ideal for bicycle storage
