The Studio @ Cliff Lodge

The Studio is a self-contained space with a private entrance in the basement of our family home, a 10-min stroll from Bath train station and city centre. It has recently been completely refurbished. The open plan living/bedroom has a double bed, sofa, TV, wifi. There’s a shower room and small kitchen. It’s a cosy space most suited to those under 6 ft! There’s a local shop, cafe and pub 2 mins away (great food). As it is below our kitchen and we have young children expect noise from around 7am.

The Annex at Giggleswick is a spacious, self contained apartment on the edge of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Privately accessed through its own outside door, it has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, with all the expected amenities. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

‘Little Glen’ on the outskirts of Bath

This listing is for The Garden Room, a self contained, no smoking double room with ensuite shower. Situated in the back garden of the owners home, with access via the side gate of our house. Only 10 minute walk from the train station. Private parking, ev charge possible( fee applies). Inside, there is a small double sofa bed (120 x 190cm. Wooden slatted base, pocket sprung mattress) and sofa. TV. with Netflix. Please note, NO KITCHEN facilities. Patio area with comfy seating.
