Lake View Studios have been transformed from old outbuildings to lovely self contained studios set in 190 acres of idyllic Dorset countryside surrounded by picturesque lakes bustling with wildlife. Situated just outside of Wareham our location is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. We are close to many local attractions including RSPB Arne, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Enjoy the wildlife from the patio, stroll around or we can arrange for you to Kayak on our beautiful lake.

Centrally Located Wareham Accommodation

Our flat is accessed via a private entrance off South Street in Wareham. It is on the first and second floor above our well known tea room & restaurant, which is open during the day only. The lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and a single bedroom are on the first floor. The large bedroom and another double is on the second floor - the stairs to this floor are a little twisty and there is a low beam at the top. Nearby is Arne Nature Reserve, Monkey World, Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door

A good place to explore the Jurassic coast & attractions such as Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle, Studland, Swanage, Arne Bird Sanctuary, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum & Wareham Forest. 5-minute walk to the picturesque quay & town centre which has pubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, buses to tourist attractions & a cinema. 10-minute walk to station. We are surrounded by green pastures & charming woodland which brings an array of wildlife to your doorstep such as Sika Deer along with a variety of woodland birds & large birds of prey. Meadow View Shepherds hut has a private entrance & patio with a shared parking space on our drive. Well behaved dogs are welcome, we do not accept any other animals
