Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Beautiful cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The Coffin Maker's Cottage

Highly Regarded Location. Available for longer lets at a discounted rate. Bunny is a highly regarded commuter villages being just 6 miles from West Bridgford. Located on Moor Lane, the property is just a short walk to a village pub that serves a good menu, and to a number of footpaths allowing for countryside walks. One small / medium breed dog is allowed subject to confirmation. The property was converted from the former Coffin Maker's Cottage and the owners have retained the house name.

It’s also very close to the Market Square and Nottingham Castle. Nottingham Arena is a 5 minute walk. The Annexe, Cropwell Butler

The Annexe is self contained with 1 en-suite bedroom. It has modern open plan living with table and chairs to eat or work at, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. The bedroom has a quality king sized bed with feather duvet and pillows for a great nights sleep. If the weather is good there is a bistro set to enjoy the outside space and countryside views. Converted coach houses in the heart of the city of Nottingham with 2 private parking spaces. There are 2 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottages set over 3 floors, sleeping 15 people in total and are perfect for families or groups of friends. They are beautifully decorated with modern interiors yet have the feel of a traditional cottages. The finish is of the highest standard and there are modern conveniences to suit all guests. The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

The cottage is situated on the village road in Stanton on the Wolds in a highly desirable area. A 2 min walk in one direction and you're in the countryside; a 10 min walk in the other and you're in a large village with all amenities. Nottingham, Leicester, Newark, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Grantham are all a 20-30 min drive and Lincoln's only 60 mins away. The British Geological Survey (BGS) is a short walk so it's ideally placed for visitors and employees.
