Large house of character from 1850, 45 km south of Toulouse. 450m 2, very spacious, neat decoration. Furnished tourism rated 4 out of 5 stars. Rent on WE, weekly and bi-weekly. Available all year. Upstairs 7 bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms (5 double rooms) and 1 small room 1 pers bed 90 X 190 cm + all the equipment for 4 babies: 2 beds 60 X 150 cm -up to 5 years-, travel bed + bed-bench in +, soft baby park, bath and 2 new bath chairsborn and baby, toys... And 1 very large and beautiful bright dorm-games room with 6 white patinated bunk beds or 12 beds 1 person, toys. So 23 persons. Large closets available in each room. 3 large bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Lingerie. House well heated in winter. On the ground floor: - English lounge: games room for teenagers and adults: billiards, darts. - Moroccan lounge: new big TV, Wii, DVD, library, board games, reading room and rest. - Main living room of 50m2 with large fireplace, piano. - Large bright stone kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped (including Thermomix, Nespresso coffee,...). Internet connection. Outside: - Large terrace (exceptional relaxing view of the hilly countryside) for aperitif/ lunch/ dinner and roller skating, skate... - Large pool 6m X 12m (secured by fence with gate opening from the inside), without any vis à vis, to be used under the supervision of an adult, nice outdoor shower warm. Access pool wooden staircase irregular slightly slippery: draws your attention for great caution in these stairs. - Petanque, clean sandbox, swings (including baby swing and rope knots), large barbecue, very large flower garden overlooking the fields of sunflowers/ wheats. In the countryside, the house, bordered by 2 rows of plane trees, is on a hill surrounded by 2 oak woods: view of the slopes of Lauragais beautiful and soothing. Parking for 6 cars. House 500m from the road so no danger for the little ones. From the large room, you can see the mountain range of the Pyrenees. Very quiet. Cleaning after you leave. Arrival time: 5 pm Departure time: 10am for weekly rental, 16 pm for weekend rental. Sheets, large quality towels, bath mats, tea towels and bibs provided on request at a price of 400 € (package) per week only. This is an option to pay on the site. Archery activity at home by reservation (Parcours des portes des Couserans). All amenities in the village at 2 km (caterer butcher Capel, large supermarket open all day and Sunday morning, quality bakeries, primeur and organic department store, butchers, local market, beauty institute, service station, pharmacy, medical and dental office, osteopath, garagiste, etc...). Le logement, appelé le Grand Rigué, d'une superficie d'environ 100m2, bénéficie d'une terrasse privative avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine et la campagne gersoise. Il est composé d'un grand séjour, d'une cuisine ouverte, d'une chambre en rdc, d'une salle d'eau avec 1 vasque et 1 wc, d'une mezzanine et d'1 chambre à l'étage avec sa salle d'eau privative équipée d'1 double vasque, d'1 douche et d'1 wc. La cuisine est entièrement aménagée et équipée. Les chambres sont dotées de lits doubles.

La Maison Bleue est située dans le Gers à une quarantaine de kms de Toulouse, perchée sur une colline avec vue imprenable sur les Pyrénées. Nous vous y accueillons dans le gîte Tribu climatisé, d'une capacité de 12 personnes maximum. Grande piscine partagée, terrain de pétanque, ping-pong, aire de jeux enfants, badminton. Location à la semaine en Juillet-Août, pour 2 nuits minimum le reste de l'année. Les prix incluent les draps, le linge de toilette, de maison et le ménage de fin de séjour.
