A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds.

My home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
