It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and travel cot.

The second bedroom can be configured to have a double bed and one single, or three single beds. A car charging point is available on request for an additional charge.
