Welcome to our Scout Lane Cabin. Our beautiful home sits on 6 acres of land surrounded by woods. Roaring run which is considered a class A native trout stream flows right through the back yard. This property is within walking distance to the ICV hiking and biking trail. Just a short drive to both Hidden Valley and Seven Springs resorts and PA's largest state park, Ohiopyle. Our newly renovated home sleeps up to 10 people. Features include: hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pellet stove, outdoor grill, central air, and radiant heated floors in the addition. Stoneridge D34A is a ski in and ski out condo that is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and 24 hour free shuttle service . This beautiful mountain home is located on a private, wooded, quiet lot located across from the North entrance of 7 Springs. The 7 person Jacuzzi outdoor hot tub enjoys views of the slopes.

This retreat boasts easy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes via the Villages Trail next to the condo building (weather permitting). What makes this condo special is the large living space with two couches, a king bed, and a full kitchen with many amenities. As a guest, you have access to the free shuttle service or visit the clubhouse with pool, hot-tub, basketball and tennis in the summer months.

We are located just miles from Seven Springs and Hidden Valley Mountain Resorts, Somerset and the PA Turnpike Interchange, and a mile from the town of Rockwood and the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail head!
