The annexe is set in the grounds of our family home, overlooking gardens and fields of the Kent countryside. It has parking and its own separate entrance, accessed via a key box. The space is light and airy with a king size bed, table, sofa, living area, kitchenette and en-suite. Ideal for a couples retreat or to use as a base to explore the area.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Ebbsfleet & Meopham are a driving distance away so St Pancras and Victoria can be reached in 17 - 35 minutes. The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.

Self contained lodge in the rural Kent countryside. Comfortable open plan lounge with newly fitted kitchen and a separate utility room. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 full size double, 1 single) as well as a shower room with WC. Outside offers a private terrace with table, chairs and a small garden for sole use of guests. Secure parking for two cars.
