Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.

A lovely bright and modern extension that is fitted to high spec. The space has light, modern decor and is cosy. Both the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. On the ground floor is the kitchen and dinning area. At the back is a small area with access to the outside patio and a lovely walled garden. Ideal for friends or family.
