The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Arthouse SIX

An amazing down-south getaway, close to town and designed for total relaxation. Local artists’ work is displayed throughout the home, creating a warm, boutique feel. Enjoy a beautiful deck with your own waterfall cold plunge pool and delightful 38’C soak spa. The home has a flexible bedroom setup: three bedrooms in total, including an upstairs master suite with private ensuite. Bookings for 1–4 guests operate as a two-bedroom stay; bookings for 5–6 guests include the master suite.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Owl House Margaret River/dog friendly/Acreage

The property is set on a peaceful 3 acres with kangaroos and bird life in abundance. Centrally located off Caves Road, only 5 minutes to Leeuwin Estate, Xanadu, Voyager Estate, Prevelly and the Margaret River Town Centre. The home is comfortable and well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living area of 110 m2 and a huge 80 m2 covered deck with a fire pit. Plenty for kids with board games, Netflix and WIFI. Dog friendly. Two pet sheep. Possible 7th guest.

Alpaca Farm Cabin 2 Rosa River Ranch

Cascade Cottage is our couples retreat built of stone and rammed earth sourced from the property. Our Studios are built of stone and rammed earth, have cozy queen beds with beautiful fresh linens and super warm donnas. This cottage has a fully self contained open plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a beautiful claw footed bathtub.
