The property comprises a living area, a kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed, a double bedroom and a small single room. There is also a small courtyard with seating for some outdoor space. Parking is free 'on street' parking on Hermitage Street or surrounding roads. There is also a pay and display car park on Bath Terrace

Located directly behind the vibrant Suffolk Parade, with its eclectic mix of Independent shops, galleries and bars. It 's a 2 minute walk to Montpellier Gardens, home of some of the Festivals that Cheltenham is renowned for. Imminently approaching is The Food & Drink Festival, followed by The Jazz Festival in early July.

You will be very welcome to stay in our brand new and beautifully renovated compact and bijou tiny home which is in an easy walk of Cheltenham Town Centre and the Racecourse. We have created a gorgeous space to the rear of our family home that is completely self contained with its own entrance. Studio 77 comprises of a king size bed, kitchenette area, small seating arrangement and a good sized shower room. There is a small private patio area for guests to enjoy on a sunny evening.

Dating back to the 1850s and part of the original village Rectory, the barn was converted in 2019 and provides both a light and airy base as well as a cosy and super comfortable retreat. Set on Cleeve Hill, this converted chapel is a unique and peaceful getaway. Located on the Cotswold Way, it is ideal for walkers, is dog friendly and has fabulous views. Next door is the Rising Sun pub and it is a short walk to Cleeve Hill Golf Club. It is also perfect for horse-racing enthusiasts with the Cheltenham Racecourse close by.
