The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.

The villa is located just 5 minutes' walk from a beautiful, manicured beach and the picturesque village of Sissi. With stunning sea and mountain views, in the centre of Sisi. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, private pool with a sea view. *Please note that the villa does not accept groups under the age of 24. *With the new Greek climate crisis law for the end of resilience in 2024, your host will be obliged to charge you €15 per night in climate tax. It can easily accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends who would like to spend their holidays in Sissi exploring Crete. Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
