Right outside there are extensive bus links and it is only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Knowle and 10mins drive from the NEC/Airport, it’s not under the flight path though so it’s quiet.

Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.
