Our Cabin in the Trees

Rural location in Tappen. Our 400 sq ft one bedroom suite is equipped with a full kitchen, living space and a bathroom with a shower. Whether you are looking for a weekend escape, attending a local event, or in transit between Vancouver and Calgary, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of our surroundings. We have a second unit on the ground floor of our house called The Sunset Studio. If you are traveling with someone else and they would like their own space, check its availability calendar.

A Suite Above

"A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities that will allow you to have a meal on the deck or at the dining table in the suite. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

White Lake Cabins is a tiny resort in the heart of the Shuswap, British Columbia, on a hidden gem of a lake. We believe that life should be a balance of simplicity with a touch of adventure. Historic Log Cabin & RV site

Authentic Finnish Log Cabin on Lakefront property at White Lake. Space for an RV is available. This small log cabin is perfect if you want a simple comfortable place to relax close to the lake. Not a glossy hotel, more upscale rustic. Relax around a campfire, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the dock a short walk from the cabin, go for a hike or go fishing. We are on the quiet side of the lake and this is the only rental on the property. We live here year-round.

Located only 10 minutes off the Trans-Canada Highway and 20 minutes from Crowfoot mountain. Our semi waterfront loft has many characteristics and charm and is in a prime location on Shuswap lake. Near many parks, waterfalls and one of the most beautiful lakes to explore! Truly home away from home! Your own private studio cabin nestled amongst the surrounding trees in the quiet neighbourhood of White Lake. Rustic wood interior finish with large open windows that allow you to feel like your waking up in nature. Lay in bed and look out at the tree tops only feet away with a peak-a-boo view of the pristine nearby White Lake. Finish the day off with a soak in the hot tub! 2 sets of snowshoes with poles available for rent! $15/day/set

Forget your worries in this spacious, eco friendly, private suite. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking staples, espresso/coffee bar, media room/office with space for yoga. Large patio doors in primary suite provide a picturesque view of the forest and creek. Every attention to detail has been thoughtfully prepared from silky smooth bed linens, robes for the hot tub, organic coffee and a few yummy treats specially prepared for your arrival.

Ptarmigan Hills Wilderness Cabin

Love of nature & the outdoors required. Situated on the face of Mt Chase, this 100 yr old cabin can accommodate from 1 to 7 people very comfortably. Completely private, surrounded by a peaceful wilderness, you step out of time and back into nature. Please be aware, the cabin is truly in the wilderness. When the solar lights are out in the cabin, the only glow are the stars and your flashlight. The only sounds, your own and the forest.

Cosy studio cabin/ yard with easy highway access

Whether it’s your home on the way or a longer stay, you will enjoy your time here. Our little cabin has been recently fully renovated and is very clean. It is situated just 5 minute drive to Sunnybrae beach, 10 minutes to Blind Bay and Salmon Arm is just 15 minutes away. The yard shares a fence with horses, sheep and entertaining goats. We welcome well behaved dogs in the cabin, please let us know if you will be bringing one.

We have a 700 square foot log cabin located in beautiful White Lake BC. Property is on quiet no through road. The deck has a barbecue and comfortable seating. Outdoor cedar sauna just steps away from your accommodations. Property is private and backs onto crown land. Access hiking, mountain biking and quad trails directly from property. Two minutes from White Lake. Ten minutes from Shuswap Lake.
