Rumi's Field is a modern ecological timber building with a sedum roof, solar panels and an air source heat pump combined with underfloor heating. Although secluded it has modern 21st century communications with strong wifi and 42 inch TV & sound bar, so guests can stream movies or play their chosen music through bluetooth. The house sleeps 6 in three double rooms, two rooms can also be twin bedded. There is also a small double futon in the living room, for 1 or 2 We are 3 miles from Southwold

Hedge Lodge

Hedge Lodge is a spacious, self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to five people. It enjoys beautiful views across fields of horses and backs onto a natural pond bursting with wildlife. The cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with doors opening to a private courtyard The first floor has a quiet area for reading, or play area. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.

We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed and secure garden. Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.

Beautiful open space with widened doorways for wheel chair users we can also provide a ramp and shower chair if requested. There are two village pubs which are within walking distance and a small shop. This is a great base from which you can explore everything Suffolk has to offer. Not to forget we are pet friendly

Kate's Cottage is our family cottage in a peaceful village that has a local store and pub within a 5 minute walk. Located only 3 miles from Southwold and Walberswick this is an ideal place for couples and small families to explore the area. The stairs in the property are steep and turn a corner so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The ceilings are low in some areas.
