The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites 1 king-size bed and two singles and sofabed for kids.

Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

Holmwood station is close and we are 4 miles from the beautiful market town of Dorking. On-site there is secure off road parking for 2/3 cars and safe storage for bikes and outdoor equipment.
