Heliareti is located at the traditional & charming village of Koskinou,8 km from downtown & 1 km from the beach.The house stands at a quiet neighborhood,close to supermarket,pharmacy,bakery and traditional Greek restaurants(about 5 minutes walking).Consists of 4 bedrooms(1 private,2 loft bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains for privacy & 1 open-concept bedroom),2 bathrooms, kitchen,sitting room and a private courtyard,can host up to 9 people(the ninth guest will be accommodated on the sofa).

Our Villa! Is our pride ! Traditional Villa Nasia is a peace of art. The house has been bulid from my father Kleovoulos from stone and wood , like the traditional housing in Kalathos village! All items have been carefully been choosen and fixed from hand. The view is Spectaculare! From the balcony we overlook the Sea! The villa is fully equipped with A/C, Free Wifi,a full equipped kitchen with espresso machine,all neccessities for cooking, bbq oven, everything you need for easy going holidays.

Makariospiti - das Haus der Glückseligkeit!

Dieses traditionelle Reihenhaus meiner Großeltern aus dem Jahre 1904 in dem kleinen Dorf Malona wurde von uns aufwendig und liebevoll kernsaniert und renoviert. Dabei haben wir alte Strukturen, wie Grundriss, Holzbalken sowie die kleine Galerie und einige Möbelstücke erhalten und mit neuen Materialien kombiniert. Die authentische und ruhige Nachbarschaft - fernab vom Massentourismus, lädt zum Erholen und Entspannen ein. Die zentrale Lage dient als idealer Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

Recently renovated neoclassical house , built with Italian influence. Consisting of first and ground floor with private backyard and a dipping-pool with jacuzzi functions. The ground floor can host up to 2 persons on the sofa-bed , having at its floor a private bathroom, the kitchen and the backyard. The first floor can host up to 2 more persons with a queen-size bed , a chilling area and a private bathroom. Our home is located in one of the most traditional areas in the center of Rhodes.
