The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. The apartment (32 m2) is next to the main building, located in a quiet child-friendly neighborhood. It has a private bathroom and kitchen. It gives a fantastic view of water and gardens. Near shops (650 meters) and playground. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, from where every 15 minutes a train takes you directly to Amsterdam Central, within 25 minutes. Free parking on the street or in a private parking lot if there is no space in the street.

Dit uit 1652 daterende historische pand , is kort geleden volledig verbouwd waarbij de oude details bespaard zijn gebleven. De Rijp is een prachtig authentiek dorp. verbinding naar Amsterdam is goed. . Er zijn geen fietsen meer. Geen lift aanwezig. parkeren in het dorp gratis! Boot is niet inclusief.

On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
