My studio, alongside its twin on the upper floor, is just a few seconds away from the beach, so you are going to sleep with the sound of the waves and the light sea breeze. Less than 1 minute walk to the main road where supermarkets, car rentals, souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars are located. Surrounded by other houses and hotels, it is quiet and cozy, but litteraly next to anything you might want in Stalis. *Hospitality tax (8€/day) is already included in the price.

Our apartment is on the first floor with a sea view balcony. The apartment has got a bedroom with a double bed , a smart tv , free wifi , a safe and a triple wardrobe. It has also got a bathroom with a shower, a living room with two couch-beds and if you need there is a collapsible baby cot available. Also our apartment has a kitchen with all things you need for cooking like refrigator, coffee machine, toaster, hob, boiler, cooking utensils and crockery.

"Villa Balcony", Cozy Villa with Amazing View

Villa Balcony is located on the mountainside of Pantanassa, next to the traditional village of Rodia. The location of the villa is very advantageous because it is located on the eastern side of the mountain and offers spectacular view of the whole city of Heraklion, the bay of Heraklion, the island of Dia and the Aegean sea. Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.
