Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

We have wonderful walks on our doorstep & acres of land to explore. My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the south downs . The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

A hidden gem in Steyning within the South Downs National Park. A walk to the South Downs Way. Located up a private track offering a rural setting. 5 minute walking distance to the picturesque historic market town of Steyning with its shops, cafes and pubs. Whilst the accommodation doesn't have a kitchen, we include a fresh breakfast including fruit, juice, yogurt, milk and berry compot. A selection of cereals, tea, coffee, (Nespresso Machine). Gluten free and Vegan diets available.

Gorgeous modern furnished cabin in Steyning

The cabin is located on a 4 acre plot about 200m from our house with a view of a pond. We are a family with 2 friendly dogs and are there to help if needed but far enough away to give you privacy. Steyning high street is only 1 mile away from the property. Please note - the cabin works for 2 adults,2 children, 4 adults are a squeeze as the sleep sofa is 1.30 m wide. If you would like a birthday decoration as in the photos please let me know- this can be arranged at an extra charge.
