We are an easy walk to the Bristol and Bath science park and close to transport links to the centre of Bristol. The property is fully equipped with its own parking spaces, a private courtyard, double bedroom with en suite bathroom and bath, and a good size kitchen/living space. We are on the otherside of the garden - far enough for you to have your own space but close enough if you want a friendly chat.

The Dairy is a quaint self-contained annex at the side of our detached property in the picturesque village of Tockington just north of Bristol. There is a bedroom on a mezzanine over an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and shower room. The accommodation is situation on the approach to the village, accessed from a private driveway with parking at the front. You have the use of a private veranda with views of the countryside and the opportunity to take in the village atmosphere.

Please note we have 2 dogs at the property. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.
