This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

Our Bottom cottage studio room is in a converted barn next to the main farmhouse, in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. It is a ground floor room. It has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Ensuite shower/toilet. Hypnos double bed and single bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. A child's camp bed can be added at £20.00 per night. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. £5 per night. Please include this at the time of booking.

Prime City Centre location, right next to the train station. The apartment is located only a 3 minute walk from Nottingham town centre shops, bars and restaurants. Both Nottingham Forest and Notts County Football Stadiums, Trent Bridge Cricket Ground and the Capital Arena are all within easy walking distance. The apartment comes with everything you need from a home-from-home. Digital locks give complete flexibility for arrival and check out, reducing the demand to arrive at a certain time.

Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)
